Challenge

Develop a brand platform, including identity, messaging, and collateral for an entirely new investment vehicle being introduced into capital markets.

Approach

Halleck conducted a Brand Architecture Workshop with the founders to distill a compelling brand strategy and positioning. The exercise provided the education and insight required to distill a messaging platform relevant to the target audience sets. This was translated into a logotype representing partnership and alignment, a corporate brochure, and web site. Halleck currently serves Aegis as a strategic partner with the Silicon Valley investment community.

Results

In the three years since Halleck began working with Aegis, they have raised their first fund of private equity of $185 million. This will be parlayed into as much as a  $1billion, as the company goes public as a BDC, or business development company.
